The Soils In Feudo Disisa And The DOC Of Monreale

Medium-textured clayey soils poor in gravel which do not retain moisture. This is the peculiar soil composition of the Feudo Disisa estate. Rich in minerals, particularly silica and iron, they are the secret behind the distinctive minerality and flavour of our wines and olive oils, a guarantee of excellent structure and longevity.
