SEASONING

 

The combination of extra virgin olive oil with herbs and citrus cultivated in the estate has created a series of extraordinary oils that enhance the flavors of everyday cooking.

Two types of oils: Agrumati and Speziati.

The first ones are obtained directly in the crusher, simultaneously extracting olives and citrus fruits (oranges, lemons and mandarins).

The Spices are obtained by macerating freshly harvested herbs in extra virgin olive oil for as long as necessary to release all of their fragrances (garlic, basil, mint, chili and rosemary).
